Provide home-based care for children and young adults with complex healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care in home settings
• Support children and young adults with complex health conditions
• Follow clinical care plans and maintain patient safety
• Work collaboratively with families and healthcare teams

Requirements

• Valid NMC Pin
• Paediatric or child-care experience
• Manual handling and Basic Life Support training
• PMVA or Breakaway training (where applicable)
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• Driving licence preferred
